I am an experienced therapist who offers a warm, confidential and safe environment for you to explore what is troubling you. Although counselling is not about curing or fixing a person, it is a space that you can talk, be heard and equip yourself to move towards a more fulfilling life.

I work within an integrative approach – This means that our work together will be a blend of varying theoretical thinking to meet your individual needs. It is my belief that we have the capability, drawing on our innate resources to find our own way of being. As your therapist I will be a part of the process to guide, support and ensure that you are able to find the answers you are looking for. I aim to address both the causes and the symptoms of emotional and psychological difficulties.
I have worked with clients struggling with: Addiction, Alcohol Dependency, Anger Management, Anxiety, Bereavement, Depression, Disordered Thinking, Divorce, General Anxiety Disorder, Loss, Panic Disorder, Relationship Issues, Sexual Trauma, Self-Esteem, Social Anxiety Disorder, and Stress, although this is not an exhaustive list.
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and as such adhere to their ethical framework. This is a guide to support ethical practice.
